No. The frame arrives empty and you load your own MP3 files. Plug it into your laptop with the USB-C cable, drag one song into each of the nine numbered folders, and match each disc to its folder number. Takes about five minutes, and you can swap any song out whenever you like.

Each frame is made to order, so allow 5 to 7 days for crafting and 2 to 4 business days for processing. Delivery then takes 8 to 12 business days with tracking, and we don't dispatch on weekends. Most orders land within 2 to 3 weeks. You'll get an email when it's confirmed, when it goes into production, and when it ships.

Because nothing ships off a shelf. Your frame is assembled and the discs finished once your order comes in, and we run limited batches rather than holding warehouse stock. The wait is the reason the acrylic and artwork hold up when you're actually holding it.
How big is it?
How big is it?
Roughly 15cm wide, 20cm tall and 3cm deep, so about the size of a large phone standing upright. Each disc is around 8cm across. The acrylic has real weight to it, closer to a piece of decor than a gadget.

Yes, as long as production hasn't started. Email us within 48 hours of ordering and we'll amend it or cancel for a full refund. Once your frame is in production it can't be changed, since it's being made specifically for you. Because of that we can't accept change-of-mind returns after delivery — if it arrives faulty, you have 30 days for a full refund.
